Tennis Screenings:
Tennis screenings are a specific musculoskeletal assessments for athletes looking to improve their skills, technique and performance.  Tennis specific screenings aid in identifying areas that may increase the risk of injury as well as utilising your unique capabilities for overall improvement. Our tennis screenings are conducted by trained physiotherapist, which help tennis players perform better on the court for longer.

Tennis is a fun form of exercises that anyone can do, ranging from the occasionally hit on the court to playing competitive tournaments. Due to the repetitive nature of tennis and the use of a racquet, optimal technique and flexibility is required for optimal performance. It is not uncommon for a game of tennis to last an hour or more, causing technique inefficiencies to be multiplied, increasing the stress upon the body.

We recommend tennis specific musculoskeletal screening to develop a targeted strengthening and flexibility program, tailored for you.
